Travel Fee

A travel feel will only be charged as an additional separate charge from the package if Sol Aerials suggests to reschedule due to the weather and the Client insists that Sol Aerials proceeds with the project. The Client will pay a travel fee of 72.5 cents per mile, (based on the current Federal Fiscal 2026 Travel Reimbursement Rates) regardless if we are able to shoot on that day.
