How Sol Aerials Works:

Based on your communication preference, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your project and appointment
3. We’ll capture your project and all of its features
Sol Aerials will then film your project and will be in contact with you during the session to make sure we are capturing exactly what you want!
4. You’ll receive your project media within 24 hours!
If you choose to have your photos and/or videos edited, you’ll receive a link to download them within 24-72 hours. Unedited content can be received right after filming has been completed!

FAQ
What happens in the event of unfavorable weather (rain, high winds, thunderstorms, etc.)
We will look at the forecast 24 hours in advance of the filming session and determine if flying is still a go. If the weather is not in our favor, we will happily reschedule and work with you to achieve the results you want!
If inclement weather appears during the filming session at any point, we will stop all operations. Depending on how much has been achieved during the session, we will plan accordingly and schedule a follow up to finish up.
If Sol Aerials suggests to reschedule due to the weather and you insists that Sol Aerials proceeds with the project, you will be charged a travel fee regardless if we are able to shoot on that day.
What if I would like to cancel my appointment?
The initial deposit is refundable if you cancel the appointment 7 days or more from the service date. If you cancel the appointment 7 days or less from the service date, it becomes a non-refundable deposit.
If you decide to cancel the appointment within 48 hours of the agreed service date, the full payment of the service that was agreed on will be charged.
What happens if a Client no-shows?
In the event the Client fails to provide adequate access to the project location or no communication the day of scheduled service, Sol Aerials will proceed with the project and complete as much as possible. All content and media that is captured will be delivered to the Client and invoiced according to the fees that were originally agreed with Sol Aerials. If there is a need for additional work/re-work, a new appointment must be made.
How will I receive my project files? What is the turnaround time?
Depending on what type of service you select, raw photos and videos can be delivered to you right after filming has been completed! We can deliver them to you either in-person via USB or online via a link.
If you want your project photos/videos to be edited, depending on the type of edit, it can take between 24-72 hours. You will receive a link to download your files to a local device.
Do I need to be at the project site for the filming session?
It is not required for the client(s) to be present during filming. However, if you or related people to the project will not be present during the filming, we would need to know this before we begin. We also will need to know of any gates codes and other access instructions prior to the appointment.
Will you place a watermark on the photos/videos?
There will be an initial watermark before any media is fully handed over to the Client to project Sol Aerials. Once the Client approves of the work, Sol Aerials will remove the watermark and deliver the content to the Client.
With every project, we will ask the customer if sharing their project online to promote Sol Aerials would be okay. With the customer’s consent, Sol Aerials will only then use a watermark for promotional purposes only.
